CASA TUUT is a large and elegant home in the heart of Merida and exclusively located on Paseo Montejo! A unique gem in the best location in town, the perfect place to experience Yucatecan culture.
Paseo Montejo is the Champs Elysees of the Yucatan, it is full of restaurants and bars, just in front of the house there is a large supermarket where you find pretty much everything and the Patriotic Monument (one of the must-see attractions is literally around the corner).
It is also very near the Alvarado Sport Grounds (7 mins by foot) boasting a football pitch, tennis courts, paddle board courts, basketball, baseball, gyms, yoga and running tracks.
The property has off-street as well as street parking, There s a bicycle path just in front of the house, so it s super easy to take a bike and move around. Most of the places are a short ride or walk away
The House
Casa Tuut is surrounded by century old tamarind and mango trees, keeping it cool from the heat of the day. A house made of «mamposteria», the antique way… with 60 cms walls.
All our bedrooms have double glazed windows, as you step in you feel the quietness.
